Shipping & Delivery


We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles). We also deliver to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and to multiple international destinations.

Due to our deliveries being made by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.

A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Orders will be delivered by courier.

Due to COVID-19 there may be some delays to deliveries. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.


CLICK & COLLECT, Please note this service is currently unavailable we hope to have this up and running very soon!

We offer a free pick-up service from our St. James’s Street shop when you choose the Click & Collect option at the checkout. Please note that it is not possible to collect orders from those shops that stock our products in your country of residence.

When collecting an order from our shop you must provide both proof of identity and proof of the order. Failure to provide both of these will result in us not releasing the package to you. 



Due to COVID 19 we will be extending our returns/exchange period to 120 days from receipt until further notice 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for any postal charges relating to the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
